How do I place an order?
When you see an item you would like to purchase, click on that item and then click the blue "Add to Cart" button. You may continue shopping until you are ready to complete your purchase. When you are ready to pay, click on the Cart, located at the top right section of the screen.
Once you have carefully reviewed your order, checking that the sizes and quantities are correct, click on "Checkout" to confirm your items. You will then be directed to the page where you can fill out your billing, shipping, and payment information.
Once your order is submitted, we are unable to modify its contents. If you need to make changes to your order, please see here.
All orders must be placed through the website and our secure checkout. Orders cannot be placed by phone or email.
I can't find my order and/or shipment confirmation emails!
When your order is placed and later shipped, automated order and shipping confirmation emails are sent to the email address that is entered at the time of check out. If you did not receive these emails, please check your spam folder and add help@heychickadee. com to your address book.
If you are still unable to locate them, please contact us. Please be sure to double check that your email address is correct before placing your order, to avoid any issues!
Do I need a customer account to place an order?
You do not need to make an account to order from Hey Chickadee. Customer accounts are entirely optional, though having an account allows you to review previous orders and save your shipping and billing information for next time! You can sign up for an account by clicking here.
Can I change the email address associated with my order?
If you need to change the email address associated with an order after it has been placed, please contact us with the updated email address, and we will change it from our end. Please note that customers are unable to change the email address or shipping address without our assistance.
Be sure to double check that your email address is correct before placing an order, to avoid any issues!
Do you have a phone number I can call?
We do not have a phone line for customers to call and we do not call customers directly to assist with orders. All assistance is provided via our helpdesk.
I'm having an issue with something on your website!
If you encounter any website issues, we recommend clearing the cookies and cache in your browser first, to see if the issue is on your end. We recommend troubleshooting by attempting the task in question in a different web browser, as well!
