Changing or modifying orders
Hey Chickadee is able to update the shipping address or shipping method of an order that is processing and has not shipped. If you need to cancel your order or change the shipping address or shipping method, please contact us as soon as possible.
Please note that a change in shipping address or shipping method may require additional charges. We will contact you to process these charges through PayPal.
Unfortunately, we are unable to add or exchange the contents of an order once it has been placed. If you would like to add or exchange contents of an order, you must cancel your order and place a new order with the updated contents. If you would like to remove items from your order, please contact us and we will remove and issue a refund for the unwanted items.
Please carefully review your order before completing checkout and confirm that all information, including your email address, is correct. Hey Chickadee is not responsible if an order ships and the information provided at checkout was incorrect.
Hey Chickadee cannot cancel or modify an order that has been processed and shipped.
Please note that changing the address on your Hey Chickadee customer account does not change the shipping or billing address on an existing order. Once an order has been placed, the shipping address can only be modified from our end. Additionally, billing addresses cannot be modified after an order has been placed. To update your shipping address, please contact us.
