We are unable to add or change the contents of an order once it's been placed. If you need to make any adjustments, you must cancel your order so that you may place a new order with the correct item(s), size, etc.
Please be sure to double check your order before checkout, and refer to your order confirmation email, to avoid any issues! We are not responsible if your order has already shipped with the information or shipping address originally provided.
Once your order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled or changed.
* Changing the address in your Hey Chickadee account does not change the shipping address for an existing order. Once an order has been placed, the shipping address can only be modified from our end.
