Hey Chickadee


How do I place an order? 

When there’s an item you would like to purchase, click on the item in the store and then click the blue "Add to Cart" button on the product page. You may continue to shop until you are ready to checkout. When you are ready to checkout, click on the Bag, located at the top right section of the screen.

Once you have carefully reviewed your order, checking that any sizes and quantities are correct, click on "Checkout" to confirm your order. You will then be directed to a page where you can fill out your billing, shipping, and payment information.

Once your order has been submitted, we are unable to modify its contents. If you need to make changes to your order, please click here for further instructions.



Do I need a customer account to place an order?

Customer accounts are entirely optional and are not required to place an order with Hey Chickadee. However, customer accounts are useful as they allow customers to review their order history and the status of their current orders, including tracking information. Can I place an order by phone or in person?

Hey Chickadee is an online-only retailer and does not have a brick-and-mortar retail location. All orders must be placed through the Hey Chickadee website using our secure checkout. Hey Chickadee does not accept orders placed through email or over the phone and does not offer in-person order pickup.

I did not receive any order or shipping confirmation emails

Automated order and shipping confirmation emails are sent to the email address provided at checkout when orders are placed and shipped. If you did not receive an email when your order was placed, please check any spam folders and add shop@pusheen.com to your address book.

About Gift orders

For orders shipping within the US, we can exclude purchase and pricing information from the receipt included in the order. If you’d like us to send your order with a gift receipt, you can add a note to your order during checkout (click “Add a Note”) or you can contact us before your order is shipped. Note that most orders are not shipped on the same day they are placed.

Unfortunately, gift receipts are not available for orders shipping internationally. Hey Chickadee must include accurate pricing information for all international orders for customs and cannot mark orders as gifts.

Hey Chickadee does not offer any gift wrapping options at this time.

Can you ship an international order as a gift or without any pricing information included?

Hey Chickadee must include accurate pricing information for all orders shipping internationally and cannot mark orders as gifts. We are required by law to declare the full value and contents of your order directly on the package. The contents of the package must be marked as merchandise.

It is the sole responsibility of the recipient of an order to pay any customs fees and applicable import taxes. If you have any questions regarding the customs policies of your country, we recommend contacting your local customs office as the laws can vary from country to country.
