How do I check my order status?

After you have placed your order with Hey Chickadee, automated order confirmation and shipping notification emails are sent to the email address provided at checkout. You will receive the shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been processed and shipped.

You can log in to your Hey Chickadee customer account to view your order history and the status and tracking information for your recent orders.

If you do not have a customer account with Hey Chickadee, you can still track your order using the tracking or customs link provided in your shipping confirmation email. You do not need a Hey Chickadee customer account to view this information, as order confirmation and shipping confirmation emails are sent out for every order!

When will my order ship?

Most orders ship out within 1 to 3 business days of purchase. Hey Chickadee does not ship out orders on weekends or US holidays. Occasional delays in processing may occur due to a high volume of orders, especially during holidays or sales.

The delivery rate estimates (as provided by the USPS) do not begin until your order has been processed and shipped. You will receive an automated shipping confirmation email once your order has been shipped.



When is Hey Chickadee Closed?

Hey Chickadee is closed on weekends and for the following US holidays:

  • New Year’s Day
  • Martin Luther King Jr. Day
  • Presidents’ Day
  • Memorial Day
  • Independence Day
  • Labor Day
  • Columbus Day
  • Veterans Day
  • Thanksgiving (Hey Chickadee is open the following Friday)
  • Christmas Eve
  • Christmas
  • New Year’s Eve

While Hey Chickadee does not operate on these holidays, customers can still place orders and contact us through our helpdesk. Please note that orders or correspondences will not process until the next business day.



How do I track my package?

You can check on the status of your order by using the tracking or customs link provided in your shipping confirmation email. This email is automatically sent once your order has processed and shipped.

If you have a Hey Chickadee customer account, you can log in to review your order history and tracking information.

Why is my order's status 'unfulfilled' or 'fulfilled'?

An ‘unfulfilled’ status simply means that your order has not yet been processed and shipped. This status may change to ‘fulfilled’ once it has been fully processed and shipped. Please note that a ‘fulfilled’ status is not a confirmation of tracking or delivery.
