Looking up the status of your order
After your order has been placed, an automated order confirmation email is sent to the email address provided at checkout, and a shipment notification email will be sent automatically when your order is shipped.
To view the status of your order, you can login to your account to view your order history, fulfillment status, and tracking information.
If you do not have an account, you can view the status for your order by clicking on the tracking or customs link provided in your shipment confirmation email. You do not need a Hey Chickadee account in order to review your order information, as these confirmation emails are sent for every order!
When will my order ship?
Most orders will ship within 1 to 3 business days of purchase! We do not ship on weekends or US holidays. Occasional delays in processing may occur due to high order volume, especially around the holidays.
When placing an order, keep in mind that the delivery estimates provided by the USPS do not begin until your order has been processed and shipped!
You will receive an automated shipment notification email once your order has been processed and shipped.
I can't find my order and/or shipment confirmation emails!
When your order is placed and later shipped, automated order and shipping confirmation emails are sent to the email address that is entered at the time of check out. If you did not receive these emails, please check your spam folder and add email@example.com to your address book.

How do I track my package after it has shipped?
You can check up on your order's journey by clicking on the tracking (or customs) link provided in your shipment confirmation email. A shipment confirmation email is sent automatically when your order has been processed and shipped.
If you have a customer account, you can log in to view your order history, fulfillment status, and tracking information!
What does it mean when my order is 'Fulfilled'?
The 'unfulfilled' order status means that your order has not yet been shipped. An order's status is 'fulfilled' when it has been processed and shipped!
Please note that the 'fulfilled' status is not a delivery confirmation.
